After several years of being abused by Mario, Yoshi has decided it's time for him to get revenge. Help him to join the king of Koopas in this adventure for the Game Boy Color.

Controls:

• Directional buttons — walk, select menu items, interact, enter pipes/doors
• A button — jump, confirm selection, advance through dialogue
• B button — run, use power-up, cancel selection
• START button — pause

This game has no save function. Instead, you will be presented with a 4-digit passcode at the beginning of each chapter. If you quit the game and come back to it later, you can use the passcode to start from the chapter you left off on. No sharing passcodes in the comments!

Collect a red mushroom to restore one mark of health. Collect a green mushroom to get an extra life.

Yoshi can't slide down slopes like Mario, but his boots will let him jump on enemies and hazards that Mario can't.

Collect the ? ball at the end of a chapter to clear it. Each coin you have collected during the chapter will give you one chance at the bonus game.

If you run out of lives and your game ends, you can choose to restart from the beginning of the current chapter.
